Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / G.E.D
- Previous Staffing experience in LTC preferred
- Human Resource experience preferred not required
Human Resources / Staffing Coordinator Duties:
- Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
- Liaise with recruiters to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
- Ensure the facility always has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care.
- Prior Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler and Payroll within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
- Complete monthly nursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring etc.)
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
