Job DescriptionHybrid Schedule: 1 day per month onsite for team meetings. Position Summary: Supports the activities of the Employment Support Center through timely and effective resolutions to inquiries. Participates in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of system wide processes impacting employee and organizational experience and compliance. Work Responsibilities 1.Assists with HR Compliance maintenance of all licenses/certifications/permits at Northwell Health.2.Leverage several key reports to identify credentials that are required for role.3.Help track renewal reminder process to leaders, team members, and People leader partners.4.Assists in the clean up of discrepancies found in credentialing system including but not limited to; incorrect license numbers, invalid license data, and issues with names.5.Help track the component of pay addition process.6.Help track the manual primary source verification process.7.Addresses all requests within established timeframes for Employee Verification information.8.Leverage databases to provide employee verification information such as MyExperience, Kronos, People soft, Perceptive.9.Interfaces with external vendors to ensure delivery of contracted services in a timely and efficient manner.10.Partners with the ACC to source relevant documents to respond to Unemployment claims.11.Collaborates with colleagues, peers, and leaders to collect relevant information needed to contest claims.12.Collaborates with colleagues, peers, and leaders to get first hand witnesses assigned to scheduled Unemployment Claims hearings.13.Seeks guidance and escalates where needed.14.Follows established guidelines/procedures15.Performs related duties as required.   • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 0-1 years of relevant HR experience, required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook, preferred.
  • Analytical skills, preferred.
  • Problem solving skills, collaboration skills, time management and attention to detail, preferred.
