Job Description:
What you will do:As our Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the full cycle recruitment process and managing the candidate and hiring manager experience to ensure a consistent and positive experience. As the Recruiter, you will ensure the hiring of the best talent available to match the needs and resources of the Company. You will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This role will work in our Hoover, Alabama location.The job:Every day you will have the opportunity to build relationships by attracting new talent and launching people in roles that let them shine through screening, sourcing, and interviewing. You'll act as a brand ambassador telling the SJE & Revere stories and creating and executing recruiting strategies that drive candidates to apply such as creative advertising, job fairs, social media, and employment branding. Primary duties include:
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process and strategy using UKG (UltiPro HRIS/ATS).
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods and manage the interview process for all potential candidates; screening, coordinating, and scheduling interviews, (virtual and onsite), tracking progress of candidates throughout entire process of filling positions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and update job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Manage recruiting budget within budgeted funds.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration by continuous networking and proactively develop relationships with key talent.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport with them and to source new candidate leads.
The skills you need:To succeed in this role, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and have natural strengths in communication, organization, detail orientation and project management. Prior full cycle technical recruiting experience is required.
