Join a dynamic team as a Human Resources Operations Manager, supporting a Director in coordinating staffing and temporary labor resources within a large medical organization. This position will give you the opportunity to play a primary role in staff planning and hiring while serving as a valuable resource for internal leadership partners. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent career role and is located in South Burlington. Work from home one day per week and work onsite for the remainder of the week.Responsibilities:-Participation in the hiring and evaluation of staff. -Collaboration with leadership teams to ensure effective operation of their teams.-Serve as the primary support person to the Department Director to coordinate temporary and permanent staffing.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:A Masters degree is preferred but not required.Education:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:-A minimum of two years of leadership experience is required. -A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related Medical/Nursing field required.-A minimum of three years of medical/allied health experience is also required.Call our office to learn more or apply here today!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
