Learn more about Sherburne County and our Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert on various human resources software. ?This position is a resource to employees and management on the County's HRIS, recruitment and onboarding software.Maintain and update information in multiple systems including, but not limited to, HRIS, recruitment and onboarding software, SharePoint and county website.Maintain and update Human Resources metrics. Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to identify metric trends.Assist with entering all new benefits, benefit changes and updates into appropriate systems, as needed.Respond to inquiries and requests from employees.Assist in compiling reports and facilitate surveys as requested.Assist in planning meetings and training events including, but not limited to, reserving conference rooms and required materials and equipment.Assist with recruitment processes as needed, such as completing reference checks, preparing interview packets, etc.Responsible for special projects as assigned.Minimum QualificationsAn individual must meet the minimum qualifications as stated below to qualify for this position.Associate's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field; ANDOne year relevant human resources experience.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.This position in not benefit eligible. 01 Which of the following best describes your highest completed level of education?
