We are seeking a detail oriented and organized HR Support Temp who embodies our core values and is committed to nurturing young artists. As a HR Support Temp, you'll play a major role in the Human Resources department, providing essential support during a key compliance period, while fully immersing yourself in the unique environment that only a summer camp can offer.What You Get To DoPrepare LARA Licensing information by collecting and maintaining all compliance items for incoming Camp employees, ensuring readiness for summer audits and adherence to regulatory requirements.Monitor incoming Camp employees onboarding material to ensure completion of all required documents.Effectively communicate deficiencies and work with new employees to have all items complete by a couple of weeks before their arrival.Administer the Fast Lane processing for those eligible once completed with all onboarding requirements.Compile and create all physical check-in packets for camp employees, ensuring all materials are organized and ready for distribution upon arrival.Efficiently manage incoming emails to the HR queue by answering frequently asked questions, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and ensuring timely responses.Provide support on key seasonal HR functions, including but not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records and documents, and performing administrative processes.Support human resources projects through administration, data management, reporting, communication, research, and thought partnership.Maintains HRIS system by updating seasonal new hires, processing status changes and other regulatory/licensing requirements.Provides exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, management and other internal/external customers.Promptly and professionally responds to questions, communications, telephone calls, etc. directing inquiries to appropriate departments/individuals. Answers questions regarding general human resources procedures and hiring functions.Performs other duties as assigned.What You GetCompensation: $17/hourMeals, lodging (wifi not included)10% tuition discount for Discovery Camp or 50% Interlochen Arts Camp for dependents20% discount for tickets to most summer concerts.15% discount on merchandise from Scholarshop and food/beverages from Melody Freeze
