Our client is a blue chip Fortune 100 company in Western New York (large manufacturing) who is seeking a human resources person to oversee organizational development, training and employee development in general. This individual must be able to navigate the various nuances of training to come up with creative and engaging techniques to personnel at all levels of the organization, including senior level. This person will need to understand what the latest training tools are and how to incorporate them into the culture. There will be individual and group/course training. This person must also be able to track all training activities and report trends and improvements/issues to the head of human resources. This position is a precursor to a higher level HR role.
