Under general supervision of the Division Manager - Children, Youth & Families, the Human Services Specialist provides direct or indirect client services and technical support. The overall purpose of this position will be to work with the child protection (CPS) staff in both intake and ongoing units to ensure that all of the required paperwork and tasks related to case management is completed in designated Child in Need of Protection and Services cases.
