In this position, you will contribute to developing a comprehensive quality assurance program and conduct both electronic and in-person reviews to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and service quality for program operations and staff training. You will create statistical and evaluative reports and collaborate with program management to provide technical assistance for identified areas needing improvement. Additionally, you will support the creation of organizational policies that align with BJJS's mission and vision. When a new policy or revision is needed, you will lead a team of subject-matter experts to draft or update the policy. This role requires a high degree of independence and is supervised by the director of the BJJS policy, program, and staff development unit.Interested in learning more? In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
