The Department of Human Services is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Human Services Analyst to join our Bureau of Data and Claims Management team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT staff responsible for system coding. This includes prioritizing change orders and planning system updates. You will also be involved in designing enhancements, conducting acceptance testing, and overseeing the implementation of improvements. Your work will focus on the current legacy Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), the provider reimbursement system within the PROMISe operations management information system, and the upcoming MMIS modernization efforts. This encompasses applications for provider management and enrollment, electronic data interchange transactions, claims and encounter processing logic, prior authorization and utilization modules, patient access interoperability, and electronic visit verification. You will work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Interested in learning more? In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
