Responsibilities Include:
* Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
* Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
* Prepare apartments for new residents, make readys, and punch list
* Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
* Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
* Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
Requirements:
* Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
* Hold EPA licensure
* Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
* Provide own tools, a valid drivers license, and have reliable transportation
* Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
* Maintain physical fitness suitable for job demands, including prolonged standing or walking, operation of equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
