UGI Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has served homeowners in Pennsylvania for over a century. The primary role of the Dispatcher is to schedule and route technicians based on skill levels, job requirements, and availability by service territory. Schedule available: 4 x 10-hour days/ Wednesday- Saturday 10:00am- 8:30 PM OR 5 x 8-hour days/ Tues- Sat 12:00 Noon- 8:30 PMResponsibilities:
- Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate the logistics to install parts.
- Utilize system software to communicate to Customer Service Representatives of scheduling capabilities.
- Assist Service Technicians, Supervisors, Managers and Customer Service Representatives daily.
- Manage technician's workload to achieve compliance goals.
- Communicate any service concern /issues.
- Responsible for creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers.
- Must remain agile and ready to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues.

- Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems a plus. IE: Wennsoft / Click
- Ability to work one of the shifts listed
