Description Our hotel is hiring an HVAC-Engineering Tech to support the overall maintenance of our HVAC systems throughout the hotel. If this sounds like a good fit for you, we want to meet you. Responsibilities •Performing routine and preventive maintenance, such as cleaning coils and other parts, and adjusting airflow •Repairing or replacing parts, such as valves, motors, belts, bearings, and filters, and responding to emergency situations •Diagnosing problems and failures, and taking corrective action •Inspecting and examining equipment for defects, and testing systems after service or repair to ensure they are functioning properly Qualifications •3 or more years of HVAC experience •Experience with RTUs and Air Handlers •HVAC electrical experience •Able to work on roofs and other high structures •1 year of hotel experience preferred
