This role involves performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.   • Conduct routine maintenance on various HVAC systems, including traditional and high-efficiency units.
  • Inspect HVAC systems and components to identify potential issues and ensure they are operating efficiently.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to HVAC systems, mini-splits, package units, central HVAC systems to maintain optimal performance.
  • Replace filters, belts, and other components as part of regular maintenance.
  • Clean and lubricate parts to maintain proper functioning of HVAC systems.
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers about their HVAC systems.
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with a focus on both traditional and high-efficiency systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, including their maintenance requirements.
  • Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for minor HVAC issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain maintenance procedures clearly to clients. Ability to sell is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant EPA and State licenses and registration as required. NATE certificate is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Commitment to providing top-quality service and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
