Thermal Equipment Sales, Inc. began in 1957 and has been representing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) manufacturers ever since. Our firm works closely with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors to design, sell, and service HVAC equipment on new construction projects, renovation projects, and replacement projects. We are seeking a Parts Counter Representative. An individual in the position will need to handle our customers' HVAC parts needs as well as our company's engineering sales staff in the quoting, ordering, and processing of HVAC parts sales, while being committed to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.Position SummaryJOB DESCRIPTION:Provide excellent service and support over emails, phone, fax, and in person.Monitor and research orders to ensure proper information is supplied and take proactive measures to ensure the accuracy of all orders.Work closely with sales team members and parts management.Respond to inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding parts services and find solutions to ensure satisfaction.Multitask daily with a high volume of workload to ensure company needs are met.Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the industry.Wait on customers at our local sales walk-in counter.Learn the software programs and develop a good relationship in working with our HVAC manufacturers. Requires daily communications with many of our manufacturers.Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma.Knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment preferred but not required.Excellent organization and communication skills.Able to operate a forklift.Have the ability to lift up to 70 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices).Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.PC skills a must, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.Apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
