09th September, 2024The Wilner Group has teamed up with a full-service building automation, design-build, and mechanical contracting firm trusted by Fortune 500 clients that is seeking to hire a HVAC Project Manager to join their team. This is an on-site, full time and permanent position based out of South Amboy, NJ. Our client offers a great benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, matching 401K match, and more! Compensation $100k-$150k based on experience.Responsibilities:
- Work directly with internal teams and clients to determine project scope, specifications, and requirements and establish deadlines.
- Ensure that the estimating and turnover standards are utilized effectively and recommend updates in processes when available.
- Run execution of the project in accordance with the organization's project management methodology according to the established project plan.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the customer receives products on time and satisfactory standards of service.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of construction/HVAC experience in project management and/or estimating required.
- An outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Timberline Sage 300 CRE experience is preferred.
- Initiative; self-motivated and driven self-starter with high integrity.
- Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
