Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC and mechanical services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HVAC projects, including design-build, installation, and service for commercial and industrial systems such as boilers, chillers, steam, and chilled water systems.
- Oversee projects in diverse environments, including manufacturing facilities, schools, aquatic centers, and more.
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and scopes are met, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and project expectations.
- Manage project documentation, including change orders, permits, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
- Expertise in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, steam systems, gas piping, and compressors.
- Strong experience in managing projects across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, science centers, and recreational facilities.
- Proven ability to manage design-build projects and lead teams effectively.
