Description HVAC Instructor responsibilities: Teach HVAC/R courses part- time, in a shop/lab environment, and in a lecture/classroom environment. Actively teach and evaluate students for technical and work ethic grades, reporting grades and attendance in a timely manner. Maintain safe work practices, tools, and equipment, keeping environment clean and organized. Assist in developing and maintaining the curriculum and syllabi used in the department.Requirements:
- Applicants must hold at least a diploma in the HVAC field from an accredited technical college or university and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the field.
- HVAC/R: Knowledge of basic HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical principles; EPA certification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
