Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager Driving revenue and conversion for the division. Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes. Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals. Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc. Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports Qualifications 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required. College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred. HVAC sales experience/knowledge required. Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment.
