Job Title: HVAC MechanicJob DescriptionWe are seeking an HVAC Mechanic to join our team at a large trauma center hospital in Danville, PA. The HVAC Mechanic will inspect and perform preventative maintenance on large tonnage central plant equipment. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting various air distribution systems, changing large filters, and responding to service calls.
Responsibilities- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on large tonnage central plant equipment.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on all types of air distribution systems.
- Change large filters, which can be repetitive and time-consuming.
- Troubleshoot equipment and respond to service calls.
Essential Skills- HVAC troubleshooting experience.
- HVAC service experience.
- EPA certification (or willingness to become certified within 6 months).
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Residential HVAC experience considered with the right attitude.
- Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Humble and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Positive, go-getter attitude.
