Why Join THIS Team
Pay: 125k-250k a year depending on pay plan.
Hours: Must work Saturdays and Sundays. Will run demand calls only! Tech can choose one or two other days a week to complete full-time schedule.
What YOU will do:
Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
Maintain strong customer service
Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
What YOU will bring:
1-5 Years HVAC service experience preferred
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
Valid drivers license
Ability to handle heavy equipment
Ability to work outdoors
CTB may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
