Hard Skills- Commercial or residential HVAC installation and service experience
- OSHA 10 or EPA Certification (preferred)
- Valid state issued Driver's License
Soft Skills- Ability to effectively manage small jobs
- Blueprint and submittal comprehension
- Material ordering and job layout coordination
