For more information, visit bellsimons.com The Technical Support Specialist provides both pre-sale support, post-sale support, and training to customers and employees. This role performs cross- functionally with other sales and support employees. Additionally, this role conducts product and employee training as needed. Responsibilities: Conducts personal interactions with customers representative of a company with strong, ethical standards. Supports valued business relationships in all dealings with related departments aiming to resolve customer and other issues in a timely manner. Approaches peers and customers with a spirit of positive problem resolution. Facilitates, coordinates key personnel and technical/operational processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction Demonstrates high energy, mobility, initiative, and drive to enhance operations and achieve financial success. Travels to branch locations as needed. Plans and develops staff placement based on the needs of the company and employee talent. Works to seek and develop staff to foresee impending turnover, growth, or other movement of key staff members. Maintains an open-door policy and productive approach to all employee communication. As needed, participates in unemployment claim hearings to present the facts of any employee matters. Coaches, trains, and develops branch management in matters related to employee communication, investigations, and team development Oversees and performs annual performance reviews for branch managers. Oversees all branch layouts and logistics. Preferred Job Requirements 5 or more years' experience with HVAC and related functions. 2-year HVAC degree or certificate Minimum Job Requirements High School diploma or its GED equivalent 2 or more years' experience with HVAC and related functions. Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute. What's in it for you?
