Company: LCI Services Job Title: HVAC TechnicianDepartment: Maintenance/HVACReports to: HVAC ManagerStatus:Full Time / Non-Exempt / HourlyJob Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician who is professional, organized, and focused on delivering a 5-Star customer experience. This position will go into our clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance as needed. - Perform HVAC related service requests for single-family rental properties while ensuring timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Monitors and acts on the department's projected and forecasted performance goals including but not limited to: Number of work orders completed, and average completion times of work orders.
- Manage and maintain proper levels of inventory related to HVAC supplies, tools, and parts.
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and
- Ensure all workplace safety standards and practices are always upheld, including but not limited to EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Must always possess a valid driver's license and valid vehicle insurance with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs in the last 5 years.
- Available for on-call service, weekends and evenings as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

- Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

Education and Experience:
- Current and up to date Texas HVAC Certification required.
- Experience residential HVAC service preferred.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb up and down stairs several times each day and lift 50 pounds with ease.
