HVAC Technician

Description:

We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.

Requirements:

Skill sets should include:

5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience

Universal certifications

Boiler and Chiller experience is a plus

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus

Experience with older buildings is a plus

Must be organized and maintain a clean work space

Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs

Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur

Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations

Must have the ability to work on and support a team, basic computer skills and email knowledge, effective time management skill and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
