Job Summary: This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment? Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problems? Installation of duct work and A/C equipment? Installation of Refrigeration equipment? Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration? 5 years' experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment? 5 years' experience troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment? Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License? Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.?? Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays? Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment? Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations? Qualifier: Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
