Job Description:
TPM – Supply Chain Looking for a Jr-Mid Level PM (2-5 years), who has worked for a small to mid-sized company on a HW program. A lot of these folks will have been required to wear many hats which is what we are looking for. The specific backgrounds to target are – Required: • TPM with 1-4 years of experience involved in purchasing and project management. • TPM Specifically focused on HW initiatives/programs. • Has handled supply chain management focused on PCBs as part of their job. • Technical enough to understand testing processes/procedures but a lot of this can be trained. The person at a minimum must be a tinkerer and understand how things work but HW TPM's will typically have a more thorough understanding of testing processes. • Understand PCBA manufacturing to some degree. If they were at a PCB factory for a week, they should know what was happening in the factory. • Experience sourcing components with a solid understanding of component costs regarding PCB's. • Understands Bill of Materials (BOM's), etc. • 10% travel when things go back to normal. Pluses: • Logistics/international logistics experience. • Experience with gerber files and general testing/troubleshooting of common PCB issues. Estimated Min Rate: $40.00 Estimated Max Rate: $50.00Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
