  • Must have family office experience and experience working directly with clients
  • Pays bills for clients
  • Will have to juggle different client needs all at once
  • Must be well verses in tax
  • Will prepare reviews
  • Reviews financial statements of the accounting associate
o Must have reviewing experience
  • Needs to be knowledgeable about the HR side of things like payroll, timesheets, etc
  • Provide bookkeeping services for multiple clients including payroll, bill paying, coordinating with vendors, as well as general ledger postings, bank reconciliations and write-ups, mortgage applications, insurance placement and various ad hoc projects
  • Provide business management, financial administration and financial concierge services for multiple clients which includes direct contact with clients and assisting them with their various needs
  • Prepare client specific reports including financial statements and spending reports
  • Assist with the forensic accounting for matrimonial actions and create presentations of findings for counsel and the court
  • Create and maintain written procedures on all aspects of this position, including “what and how to” manuals for each client, while always working to improve efficiency and minimize errors
  • Perform administrative functions and operational duties
  • Support of other team members
Requirements
  • 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Prior experience with a business management firm, family office or CPA firm is a MUST
  • Excels in a team-based, client-centric culture
  • Able to work independently on project type assignments
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks required
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Willingness to work until work is done
  • Excellent oral and written skills
