Hybrid Accounting Manager - Commercial Real Estate $120k/yrAre you an experienced property accountant ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a proactive Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties and drive success through accurate, detailed financial management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of property-level accounting for commercial assets, including reviewing third-party property teams' work, managing rent rolls, budgets, and cash management
- Prepare financial statements including detailed footnotes for fair value and tax basis accounting
- Ensure compliance with operating agreements, manage cash flow, calculate income allocations, and oversee management fees
- Manage mortgage payments, loan reporting, debt service coverage ratio calculations, and escrow draws
Qualifications: - 5+ years of property accounting experience, primarily in commercial real estate
- Experience with Funds and Joint Ventures
- Proficiency in GAAP, Tax Accounting, and familiarity with IFRS (a plus)
- Expertise with MRI or similar financial software systems
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
