HYBRID BILLING SPECIALIST

Description:

The Billing Specialist is responsible for processing contracts for that are sent to our billing department daily. You will be interacting with our sales reps, clients, and internal departments regarding billing related items while ensuring all deadlines are met andissues are resolved in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

- Complete daily billing in an accurate, timely and professional manner

- Reconcile over/under billing

- Monitor month end billing completion on assigned accounts

- Responding to billing items in a timely manner from sales reps and clients.

- Reviewing and approving revenue adjustments.

- Researching billing inquiries from customers, sales, markets, or internal departments in a timely manner.

- Recommend updates to desktop procedures and process flows as part of best practice of maintaining current documentation.

- Develop and implement more efficient systems, as they are approved, for various departmental activities and programs; i.e., not just entering the data.

- Continuously challenge current processes as the business evolves to suggest and implement

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in billing, reconciling and invoicing OR is a recent college graduate with a Bachelor's in Business, Accounting or Finance with proven transactional accounting coursework.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Suite, Salesforce.
• Experience working in fast paced environment - companies will lower revenue might not be best fit.
• High School Diploma
• Experience working with Quattro
• Experience working in queue driven environment
