Hybrid Call Center Representative Pay: $19.05 an hr | Bi-weekly Job Type: Flexible - works 4 days or less in the office in Riverside, RI Shift Options: Expected schedules after training will be:Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm. Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Sat 10 am - 6:30 pm Hybrid Call Center Representative Overview: Act as advocate on behalf of the applicant/customer in order to ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered within the Consumer Unsecured Merchant Financing team. Advocate will be responsible for explaining/offering appropriate service/support solutions and recognizing opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enhance the customer and partner relationship. Identify and respond to customer inquiries by actively listening in order to determine their needs.
