Position: Hybrid E-Commerce Merchandising Manager
City: Irvine, CA
Range of Pay: 90K-100K DOE
Shift: 1st Shift 9am-5pm/M-F

Job Summary:
As our E-Commerce Merchandising Manager, you will be integral to our clients online brand presence, driving a seamless consumer journey, product discovery, conversion, and exceptional customer experiences through strategic merchandising and refined storytelling. You'll manage new product launches, analyze sales data, and leverage advanced personalization tools to enhance our sites content and merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between eCommerce, Buying, Planning, and Design teams.
Lead and strategize content and merchandising plans on our site, ensuring a superior customer experience.
Coordinate with eCommerce, design, and marketing teams for new product launches and engaging site content.
Develop on-site assets and landing pages for promotions, influencing campaign concepts to drive engagement.
Keep the site updated with new products and collections, making necessary adjustments to boost sales.
Manage a comprehensive site content calendar to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across departments.
Oversee product merchandising strategy, balancing business mix, inventory levels, and brand priorities.
Monitor analytics, evaluate campaign success, and suggest improvements based on performance data.
Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends, competitor sites, merchandising tools, and personalization applications.
Assist with site quality assurance and content/product updates as needed.
Drive strategies for luxury eCommerce collections, blending premium full-price offerings and sale items to enhance the brand's online presence.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in the eCommerce industry, with recent experience as an eCommerce Site Merchandiser for a fashion brand.
Proficiency in website management, site merchandising, digital marketing, and customer experience enhancement.
Experience with ShopifyPlus and merchandising on the platform.
Expertise in using Monetate or similar personalization software for data-driven recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong merchandising skills, including product development, pricing, inventory management, and positioning.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with data analysis and Google Analytics is a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Creative thinking skills to differentiate products and craft compelling site content.
Bachelors degree in merchandising, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Must be able to see, hear, and speak to communicate effectively with employees and customers
