Hybrid Logistics & Supply Analyst

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Logistics & Supply Analyst to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). Candidates must have L1 and L2 support experience.

Job Duties Include:

• Act as primary point of contact for all IT-related supply chain and logistics issues
• Resolve support tickets relating to relevant applications
• Partner with relevant teams to implement fixes, improvements, and deployments
• Report regularly on issue status and resolution progress
• Develop documentation processes for all support activities, including issue identification, resolution steps, etc.
• Contribute to knowledge base by building application maps, specifications, and documentation, etc.
• Support on projects led manager as needed
• Communicate project and initiative statuses with all impacted parties
• Provide reports on the status of operations/projects
• Maintain and enhance knowledge base
• Assist in the design, architecture, and configuration of business applications
• Specify system requirements to assess feasibility and risks

Job Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years in QA/supply chain
• Heavy support L1 and L2 experience is required
• Experience in retail/wholesale is required; luxury is a plus
• Strong understanding of integrations between systems
• Knowledge of integration tech a must including API requests, EDI and x12 documents, architectural diagrams, flat files, etc.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Base layer of understanding for tech architecture
• Understanding of working with high volume is a plus

Salary: $80k - $100k annually
