Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Pharmacy Analyst to join our dynamic healthcare team. Utilize data analytics tools to visualize complex data and present it in a clear, understandable format.7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry, including changes to Medicare and Medicaid regulations.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.2. Minimum of 1 year experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a related role in the healthcare industry.3. Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and billing procedures.4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.5. Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, understandable format.7. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.10.
