**Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop Supervisors and Dock Team Leaders

* Oversee day-to-day Dock Operations while controlling operational costs

* Determine equipment needs

* Communicate safety requirements and awareness, as well as organizational policies, rules, and regulations

* Maintain staffing levels, training and cross-training; monitor employee performance; motivate and create a positive work environment

**Job Requirement:**

* HS Diploma or equivalent

* Supervisory and/or Management experience required

* Basic computer knowledge required (MS Office applications)

* Must be detail-oriented, highly motivated, ability to prioritize work , meet deadlines and motivate others

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
