- Development of construction documents, including drawings and specifications

- Technical report writing

- Construction services support

You will also use your technical skills to work with diverse, technical teams to deliver challenging projects while serving and developing clients across the United States and internationally. Jacobs has a strong technical water/wastewater treatment background, and you will have the opportunity to connect to and work with our technical experts across the company.

- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited school

- Hold an NCESS Fundamental Engineers record.

- A minimum of 5 years of progressive process or instrumentation engineering and project delivery experience with water, wastewater, and/or industrial treatment, including planning, evaluations, and design

- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Successful experience working with remote domestic and international staff

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Hold an active Professional Engineer (PE) license

- Experience specific to municipal wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems

- Knowledge of telecommunication system design, such as radio telemetry, cellular networks, and fiber-optic communication networks.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity and process safety best practices

- Ability to serve as the technical liaison between the project owner and the design team
