PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As a Quality Control Inspector III at Worley, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the materials, workmanship, and processes on our projects meet stringent quality standards, project specifications, and industry codes. Your contributions will directly support Worley's commitment to sustainability, by helping to ensure that our projects meet the energy and resource demands of today while building a more sustainable future. Through your expertise, you will help deliver projects with precision, integrity, and excellence, ensuring alignment with our company's vision of delivering sustainable change. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and processes to verify conformance with project specifications and industry codes, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior inspectors and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges, contributing to the successful delivery of innovative, sustainable projects.
- Exercise independent judgment in selecting work methods and making improvements, while aligning with company policies and project goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all inspections and reports, upholding the highest standards of quality control that reflect Worley's sustainability objectives.
- Review work for completeness and accuracy, adhering to industry standards and promoting compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge, fostering both personal development and the continuous improvement of the team.
- Provide occasional guidance and support to team members, sharing best practices and promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
- Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of relevant systems, processes, and tools that contribute to meeting Worley's quality and sustainability goals.

- Technical school graduate or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience in quality control or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in quality control inspections with a strong understanding of industry codes, regulatory standards, and quality assurance best practices.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgment in dynamic project environments.
- Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and systems specific to quality control inspections, ensuring accurate and efficient project execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders across different disciplines.
- Intermediate understanding of project systems, processes, and tools, aligned with Worley's mission to lead in sustainability solutions.
- Willingness to lead and mentor others when necessary, promoting continuous improvement and a commitment to quality within the team.
