Your Role:
As an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician (I&E), you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the electrical and instrumentation systems critical to plant operations. Your work will ensure smooth production processes and align with our mission to advance renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Maintain production equipment and control systems for peak efficiency.
- Document all electrical/instrumentation projects accurately and comprehensively.
- Proactively contribute to cost savings and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain organized, safe work areas.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and report any unsafe conditions.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in I&E maintenance, with expertise in troubleshooting 24VDC, 120VAC, and 480V control circuits.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLCs, PLC card types, VFDs, 4-20mA controls, and HART protocol.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical codes, blueprints, and P&IDs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
