I.T. Network Technician

We are looking for an I.T. Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate should have experience and background with a degree in a relevant I.T field from a college or university. The role will require working within a cross-disciplinary team in a production environment to sustain our manufacturing efforts.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Configure, install, and manage corporate devices including but not limited to PCs and Android tablets.Manage incoming support inquiries from our Ops Team.Balance incoming support requests and escalation while attempting to determine root causes to resolve user issues on the manufacturing floor and in the field.Assist in creating and maintaining documentation.Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Debugging and troubleshooting.Follow the company process.QualificationsCollege degree in computer science or equivalent.CompTIA A+ certificate.Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.Hands-on experience with Office365 environment.Experience with PC imaging and deployment software.Working knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop operating systems.Experience with troubleshooting and debugging approaches.Basic understanding of the network TCP/IP model.Skill in organization, analysis, time management, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks.Commitment to continuous improvement and quality of support and service.Good interpersonal skills and communication to interact with all levels of management.Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to small details.Preferred ExperienceAC/DC low-voltage power system knowledge.Ability to use a multimeter.PTZ CAMs configuration.CompTIA Network+ Certificate.BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance.Life and AD&D insurance.Short and Long-Term Disability coverage.Buy-up options.Employee assistance program.Generous paid time-off (PTO) program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
