Our client combines its advanced adhesives and wood product technologies with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities to produce premium structural wood panel products. The company brings together professionals with experience in research and development, product engineering and manufacturing to create products that solve specific problems. They are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will provide technical leadership for the use of Information Technology and Services within the manufacturing facility and the business sector to meet business objectives. Responsibilities:- Assist users in the application of systems for the purpose of analyzing business data - Maintain existing systems and develop new systems to meet functional/user area needs - Independently develop and execute small projects- Act as technical lead on teams involved in the development of medium size/complex projects- Responsible for the quality of systems work and detailed system specifications done for assigned functional/user areaRequirements/preferences:- Degree (Required)- IT background- Microsoft AD- ESX VMware- Citrix- PC (hardware and software) troubleshooting- Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems- Experience managing and troubleshooting networks (preferably Cisco). - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)Monday - Friday (day shift)Crystal Hill, VABase salary (depending on experience) range with pay for performance bonuses 5 -12% per month along with annual company bonuses 10-12%/year.401k and profit sharing.
