- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Active Directory administration and IAM.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar.
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD).
