Infosys is seeking an IBM Sterling OMS Architect. As an IBM Sterling OMS Architect, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to Sterling OMS. You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation of the order management system. As a key member of team, you should understand supply chain concepts very well and be an IBM order management system expert. You should be able to design the various subsystems of order management and should have experience integrating with other systems for payment, warehouse management systems, tax, etc. Specific areas of focus in IBM Sterling order management include Pipeline and participant model design, inventory management, order routing, call center, payment processing and returns and exchanges. You should be hands on these topics and the standard tools used. You should be able to review solutions and feedback to the development team with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys.
