Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IBM WebSppersonre Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an IBM WebSppersone Administrator, you will be responsible for tperson installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our IBM WebSppersonre application server environment. Your primary focus will be ensuring tperson reliability, scalability, and security of our WebSppersone infrastructure to support our business-critical applications. Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain IBM WebSphere application server software across various environments including development, testing, and production.

Monitor tperson performance of WebSphere servers and applications, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WebSphere application server configuration, deployment, and integration.

Implement security best practices to protect WebSphere environments from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and testing to ensure data integrity and availability.

Develop and maintain documentation related to WebSphere configuration, processes, and procedures.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to IBM WebSphere administration, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of tperson team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as an IBM WebSphere Administrator or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of IBM WebSphere application server architecture, installation, configuration, and administration.

Hands-on experience with WebSphere performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, and DNS.

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.

Experience with monitoring tools such as IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Nagios, or Splunk.

Excellent problem-solving skills and tperson ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with tperson ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Application Server.

Experience with IBM WebSphere MQ and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform.
