Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Specialist to provide pre-invoice assistance to our internal customers, addressing challenges that arise with sales orders. This role involves extensive research, order tracking, and vendor communication to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Responsibilities- Provide pre-invoice assistance to internal customers regarding sales order challenges.
- Research and track orders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Contact vendors for pricing, order status, and tracking information.
- Expedite picks on orders or handle any other distribution requests.
- Respond to emails and incoming calls from internal customers as needed.
- Handle up to 80 cases/requests per day, consisting of both emails and phone calls.
Essential Skills- 0-2 years of experience using computers to process orders, enter information, or update systems.
- 0-2 years of experience in a data entry role.
- High School Diploma or GED. (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Additional Information- 12 Month Contract to Hire
- HYBRID ROLE - will be in office (Vernon Hills) the first three Wednesdays of each month (3x/month total)
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
