HOURSWork morning and evening weekday shifts if available (Monday - Friday).Work rotating shifts.Work morning, afternoon, and evening weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).Up to 19 hours per week. Job DutiesESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Operates ice resurfacer and maintains ice.
• Assists Facility Manager in all phases of operation, including custodial duties, basic maintenance and mechanical checks.
• Responds to customer inquiries/concerns.
• Performs facility opening and closing procedures.
• Completes transactions through cash register, collects money and gives correct change. Operates credit card machine. Follows proper money handling procedures.
• Sells arena merchandise.
• Sharpens ice skates.
• Works scheduled shifts; arrives on time ready to work.
• Completes incident/accident reports and related paperwork.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class D driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Previous driving and/or arena experience.
• Customer Service experience
• Fluency in Spanish, Somali, Vietnamese or other non-English language prevalent in the City of Richfield
