Examples of Duties Ice Skating Instructors Responsible for instruction in the Parks and Recreation ice skating lessons utilizing ISI techniques. They organize and teach group ice skating lessons to various ages and ability levels including hockey skills. Typical Qualifications Ice Skating InstructorsIce Skating Instructors must have excellent ice skating skills; experience in ISI skating program is strongly preferred; previous teaching experience preferred; familiarity with ISI instructional programs; and ISI Freestyle 4 or equivalent in USFS preferred.Ice Skating/Hockey Instructors position prefers candidates to be at least 16 years of age and have first aid and CPR certification.
