Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Assess, plan, and prioritize care for patients based on their condition and medical needs.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans through ongoing assessments.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
• Document care in line with standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.
• Float to units within competency as required.

Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the ICU & S/D required, 3-5+ years highly preferred. Must have ICU and S/D experience at the bedside within the past six months. Experience and competent in working with pulmonary patients, vents, trachs, hanging drips, incubation, etc. RN must be willing and able to treat and manage patients on unit with a variety of conditions (including but not limited to flu, Covid, heart issues, lung issues,etc).

Must be willing to float or downgrade as needed.
