A health services network in New York is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a great Night shift opportunity with their growing Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at one of their facilities in the Hudson Valley. Responsibilities: The Intensive Care Unit Nurse (ICU RN) will: Plan, provide, and monitor individualized nursing care in response to specific patient needs Provide developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care Communicate and collaborate effectively with all members of the healthcare team Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license ACLS and BLS certifications Cardiac Care background Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Patient oriented Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
