Job Summary:
The IDCS Data Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to aid strategic decision-making within IDCS. This position entails leading a team of analysts, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data, and creating detailed dashboards that offer actionable insights. The manager will work closely with various departments to understand their data requirements, optimize data processes, and uncover trends and patterns that can enhance business performance. Furthermore, the role includes upholding data governance standards and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Establish data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets. Provide actionable insights through detailed reports and dashboards.
- Utilize BI tools to create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations that support various business units.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis. Implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Mentor and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Ensure the team stays updated with the latest analytical tools and techniques.
- Manage multiple data projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field or relevant work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data governance.
- Experience with Power BI Service, Microsoft Fabric, and/or AirTable, preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL

Unique Requirements:
- Extended hours are required to complete some special projects.
Additional Information:
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
