Job Summary:
The Integrated Data Center Solutions (IDCS) team has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager supporting Ridge configuration projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new customers to the IDCS process and serving as the primary liaison for all project-related matters. Your role involves coordinating closely with various stakeholders, facilitating communication, managing project deliverables, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with maintaining project schedules, documenting key discussions, updating internal tracking systems, and conducting project reviews to continuously improve our processes.
This position will report to the IDCS PMO Manager, and is performed from the SHI Ridge Warehouse (Piscataway, NJ) office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Onboard new customers to the IDCS process
- Arrange and conduct kickoff meetings with customers and the sales team to establish project expectations.
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned projects, facilitating communication and problem resolution among customers, vendors, and Ridge personnel.
- Oversee project deliverables through regular meetings with customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with SHI Integration Center and Warehouse resources to fulfill customer project needs.
- Ensure consistent communication and expectation setting with internal SHI teams to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming milestones and open actions, adjusting schedules as necessary to accommodate urgent requests and shifting priorities.
- Document and distribute minutes from all project-related meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Drive completion of customer project action items
- Update internal tracking systems (e.g., Airtable) with customer forecasts, ongoing projects, and project modifications.
- Conduct retrospective project reviews to identify and address issues that occurred during the build process and use the findings to enhance future processes.
- Play an active role in improving PMO processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in project management
- Minimum 4 years experience in a customer facing project manager position, including including experience interacting with customers and end users
- Understanding the application of problem resolution skills
- Working knowledge of what SHI organizations will be needed to support the project
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams
- Knowledge of warehouse and sourcing inventory from a warehouse
- Experience in IDCS department a plus
- PMP Certification
Certifications Required:
- PMP certification preferred
Additional Information:
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
